ગોપનીયતા નીતિ

આ Privacy Notice સમજાવે છે કે Gujju.Me (“અમે”, “અમને”, અથવા “અમારું”) તમે account બનાવો, page publish કરો, અથવા અમારી website મુલાકાત લો ત્યારે digital personal data કેવી રીતે process કરે છે. અમે ભારતના Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) અને Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 હેઠળ Data Fiduciary તરીકે કામ કરીએ છીએ.

અમે કયો personal data process કરીએ છીએ

નીચેના હેતુઓ માટે અમે આ personal data process કરીએ છીએ:

• Account details — નામ, email address, username, date of birth, hashed password, અને optional profile photo — તમારું account અને personal link બનાવવા તથા સુરક્ષિત રાખવા માટે.
• Parent / guardian details — જ્યારે Data Principalની ઉંમર 18થી ઓછી હોય, parent email અને parent account linkage — child account activate કરતા પહેલાં verifiable parental consent લેવા માટે.
• તમે publish કરેલી page content — titles, text, images, links, અને અન્ય content જે તમે તમારી pages પર મૂકો છો — તમારી public pages host અને બતાવવા માટે.
• Cookie preference evidence — consent UUID, policy version, categories, locale, timestamp, hashed IP, અને truncated user-agent — non-essential cookiesના Accept/Rejectને record કરવા માટે.
• Session અને security data — session identifiers અને સંબંધિત technical data — તમને signed in રાખવા અને serviceની સુરક્ષા માટે.

Core platform પર અમે third-party advertising trackers ચલાવતા નથી. આજે marketing site પર contact અથવા lead-capture form પણ નથી.

હેતુઓ અને આધાર

અમે personal data કાનૂની હેતુઓ માટે process કરીએ છીએ:

1. તમારી વિનંતી પર Gujju.Me service આપવી (account, pages, personal link) — તમારી consent / તમે માંગેલી serviceના પ્રદર્શન માટે.
2. Platform સુરક્ષિત રાખવું અને misuse અટકાવવું — service અને usersની સુરક્ષા માટે જરૂરી legitimate use.
3. Cookie preferences રેકોર્ડ કરવી અને લાગુ કાયદાનું પાલન — consent અને legal obligation.
4. Child accounts માટે parental consent લેવી અને રેકોર્ડ કરવી — DPDP Act હેઠળ parent/guardianની consent.

Cookies અને local storage

Gujju.Me તમને signed in રાખવા, language preference યાદ રાખવા (જ્યાં લાગુ પડે), અને તમારી cookie preference store કરવા માટે જરૂરી cookies અને local storage વાપરે છે. જ્યારે તમે અમારા cookie notice પર Accept અથવા Reject કરો છો, અમે અમારા servers પર evidence રેકોર્ડ કરીએ છીએ (timestamp, policy version, locale, consent identifier, hashed IP, truncated user-agent). આ evidence અમે ત્રણ વર્ષ સુધી રાખીએ છીએ, અથવા કાયદા મુજબ વધુ. Banner પર Reject (ફક્ત essential) અથવા Acceptથી preference બદલી શકો છો; જો અમે policy version વધારીએ તો ફરી પૂછીશું. Non-essential cookies (analytics અથવા marketing) તે categoriesની consent પછી જ set થાય છે.

Children

જો તમારી ઉંમર 18થી ઓછી હોય, તો adult Gujju.Me user એવો parent અથવા lawful guardian verifiable consent ન આપે ત્યાં સુધી અમે તમારું account activate કરતા નથી. Child accounts behavioural advertising અથવા tracking માટે વપરાતા નથી.

Retention

જ્યાં સુધી તમારું account active છે, અમે account અને published content રાખીએ છીએ. Account delete કરો તો અમે તમારું account, pages, અને profile photo કાયમી રીતે હટાવીએ છીએ. Cookie-consent evidence ઉપરની અવધિ સુધી રહી શકે. Parental-consent evidence compliance બતાવવા માટે જેટલું જરૂરી હોય તેટલું રાખવામાં આવે છે.

Sharing

અમે personal data વેચતા નથી. Platform ચલાવવામાં મદદ કરતા processors (જેમ કે hosting અથવા email delivery, જ્યારે configured હોય) સાથે contract હેઠળ, અથવા કાયદા મુજબ, data share થઈ શકે.

DPDP Act હેઠળ તમારા અધિકારો

Data Principal તરીકે તમે માંગી શકો છો:

• Access — તમારા વિશે અમે જે personal data process કરીએ છીએ અને processing activitiesનો summary.
• Correction / completion / updating — ખોટા અથવા અધૂરા personal dataને સુધારવું (ઘણી details Account settingsમાં જાતે edit પણ કરી શકો છો).
• Erasure — જ્યારે stated purpose માટે જરૂર ન હોય ત્યારે personal data delete કરવું (Account settingsથી account પણ delete કરી શકો છો).
• Withdraw consent — જ્યાં processing consent પર આધારિત હોય, જેમાં banner પર Rejectથી cookie preferences સમાવેશ થાય છે.
• Nomination — મૃત્યુ અથવા અક્ષમતાની સ્થિતિમાં તમારા અધિકારો વાપરવા માટે અન્ય વ્યક્તિને nominate કરવું.
• Grievance redressal — અમારી પાસે ફરિયાદ નોંધાવવી (નીચે જુઓ).

તમારા અધિકારો કેવી રીતે વાપરવા

તમારા accountના emailથી privacy@page-app.test પર લખો (અથવા તમારું username જણાવો). કહો કે કયો અધિકાર વાપરવા માંગો છો. અમે 90 દિવસમાં જવાબ આપવાનું લક્ષ્ય રાખીએ છીએ. Nomination માટે nomineeનું પૂરું નામ અને contact details સામેલ કરો.

Grievance Officer: [Name of Grievance Officer]. Contact: privacy@page-app.test. અમે ફરિયાદોનો જવાબ 90 દિવસમાં આપીએ છીએ.

અમારી grievance process પૂરી કર્યા પછી પણ સંતુષ્ટ ન હો તો Data Protection Board of India પાસે ફરિયાદ કરી શકો છો: #.

અમે emailથી ક્યારેય તમારો password નહીં માંગીએ. જો Gujju.Meના નામે કોઈ શંકાસ્પદ message આવે, તો privacy@page-app.test પર report કરો.

Security

અમે hashed passwords અને consent logsમાં hashed IP જેવી યોગ્ય security safeguards વાપરીએ છીએ, જેથી personal dataને unauthorised access અને breachesથી બચાવી શકાય.

Changes

અમે સમયાંતરે આ notice અપડેટ કરી શકીએ છીએ. મહત્વના ફેરફારો પર આ pageની date અપડેટ થશે, અને જ્યાં યોગ્ય હોય policy version વધારીને cookie consent ફરી માંગવામાં આવશે.
